One would think the folks making the call on this MASSIVE shift in strategy would know that you can't have it both ways, if you open your software to other platforms, that's where you're going to make your money.
Hardware is going to suffer, and considering how the Xbox console is faring right now, that's just a death sentence.
The margins won't make ANY sense if you take into account economy scale in the future.
