Dusk Golem appears to be hinting at WayForward Technologies making a new installment of a horror IP from Sunsoft. The obvious bet would be Clock Tower.
It's notable that WayFoward has been involved with the horror genre before. Tomm Hulett (one of the directors there) is a former producer on the Silent Hill series.
