You’ll be fine. Monster Hunter World was absolutely phenomenal. Just don’t expect a narrative driven by anything worthwhile. It’ll exist but it’s junk. You won’t be alienated as a new player. You just won’t be an expert. Fun to learn and lots to master … if you want. -
