On Install Base back in May I brought that 22.2M down to 21.3M, so that with Ampere sell through would be 1.8M unsold, of which most of that is the Series S. But with the 3.2M Q4 2022, that would bring my numbers down to 20.8M, of which would be 1.3M unsold. However, I was probably wrong to... -

For the record, my shipment estimates over on Install Base as of May 24 were XB1: 56.9M XBS: 21.3M (Q4 2022) / 22.5M (Q1 2023) I initially had XB1 at +57M back in 2021 but since then I slowly brought it down. Guess I was wrong to do that. -

Are you being dense? It's the same source for both figures. If you're going throw out the year to year graph you have to throw out the 3.2M for Q4. I already know there are inconsistencies with the year to year graph. I went over that on my Twitter last night. -

I hope you do realize Microsoft is using Keystone for both the 3.2M and the year to year graph. It's impossible to accept the 3.2M but disregard the ~10M in 2022 from the same fucking source. Ampere wasn't wrong in 2021 and this data does not contradict Ampere 2022 estimates. -

Keystone also shows Xbox shipped ~10M in 2022, so Xbox only shipping 3.2M in Q4 is bizarre. Ampere is the one that stated Xbox was at 18.5M and guess what, their 2021 estimates were accurate when court documents showed Microsoft said they had 16% of the market in 2021. No reason to doubt... -
