Horizontal mergers get blocked more often. Sony buying Take two is a horizontal merger. Sony is also market leader. It's not happening. You can dream about it tho. -

Their are many cases were regulators blocked the market leader from buying a big company. Thats a exception to the rule. I do understand regulators. Sony buying Take Two is a pipe dream. Nice to dream about, but theirs a tiny chance of that happening. -

Stalker 2 is a actually banger. I'm 6 hours in, didn't encounter any bugs yet and the game looks good and runs well I'm on my right with frame gen, DLSS etc, max settings 1440p ultra wide. Without the bugs and poor optimization critics would of scored it much better. Mid to high 80s. -
