Sony made the deal with Deviation to make a first party Modern Warfare game in response to Call of Duty going Xbox exclusive. But CoD isn't going Xbox exclusive, so Playstation pulled the plug.

"Piracy" is a propaganda term promoted by publishers and the FBI to provoke a moral false equivalency. The legal issue is copyright infringement.

There's nothing else I'm super tempted by that I don't already own. Jedi Survivor for $31 is good. Diablo 4 for $35 is a big discount. I might bite on Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection for $25 since I never beat Lost Legacy. Not quite an impulse buy price...
Top of the line parts are never worth the premium unless you're doing cutting-edge professional work where it'll give you a competitive advantage. For practically everybody, you're better off getting a notch above mainstream parts (so Ryzen7, i7, xx70, x700) and upgrading more often.
