Ubisoft couldn't be bothered to use the newer PS5 SDK, that's why it's just the Pro resolution with an unlocked frame rate. But it's a free update so shouldn't complain! -

There is clearly a clause in the original contract to give PS first refusal of a subscription service, the same as Deathloop. Though it seems it allows for being on more than one service at any one time. -
