They're technically Microsoft IPs now, but the gaming world will never consider them as such, and they sure as shit don't belong to Xbox like I've heard some rabid rats proclaim.

In yet more news of an Xbox-associated title flopping and wreaking havoc for everyone involved, Paradox Interactive has revealed that the sales for The Lamplighters League were so disappointing that they now think "there's no point" in ever releasing another title in the genre again...
It's not even Xbox branded, and Microsoft is not Xbox.
Anyway, most people consider PC to be part of the PlayStation ecosystem now, but an inferior part where you can play some late ports.
Most people will stick to the premium console while the PC market continues its precipitous decline...
I do expect to play Halo, Forza (Horizon), and Gears on my PS5 Pro, though. Hopefully they announce it soon so PC loses the last of its Xbox-'exclusive'-fuelled advantage over PlayStation.

Xbox series x 2TB is grossly overpriced. PS5 pro is value for money.

It'll be the middle east first, Asia and Latam next, then continental Europe, and then all of a sudden you'll have the UK and North America which isn't enough to support third party development and then there's no Xbox at all.
