I'll believe it when they put the next huge flagpole release like FF17 day and date on Xbox.
If you release day and date on Xbox how many extra copies do you sell? I don't even think they'd crack a million in sales in the first year on Xbox. We know and they know that Xbox players don't buy...
It's clear that they still will prioritize PS5 for their larger tentpole titles. Xbox will pay large checks for the scraps years after everyone has already played them like FF16. Not a big deal IMHO.
Yeah I doubt many if any strictly Xbox game pass-only players will take on a second subscription for one game. They’ve been trained for years as consumers at this point and there’s no changing their habits while game pass is around
why do all of the Xbox personalities on twitter love ganging up on Dreamcast guy? Gaz, ohnoitsalex cultists and Rand Al Thor have special vitriol for that guy, which is weird since he’s on the milder end of Xbox critics on you tube, especially compared to guys like king thrash who are way more...
I wonder how analysts for developers like SE calculate potential sales for platforms like Xbox, especially when all the data tells us Xbox players don't buy games. What is the upside?
Keep dreaming. Strauss Zelnick isn’t completely stupid. He can read basic console sales charts. What retard would hand over marketing rights of the biggest game in a decade to a distant 3rd place console that already has one foot in the grave?
I'm curious, what demographic in Japan is actually still buying Xboxes? It's a drop in the bucket but 2,000 people are still buying them for some reason.
Given that Series S makes up about 70% of all Xbox sales, Microsoft has no choice but to force publishers to design around it's limitations and we all lose.
I used to joke that Hellblade combat was just a glorified Infinity Blade. HB2 somehow made it's combat even more simplistic and worse than Infinity Blade.
This shows that DD1 gained a cult following over a decade and sold a lot of copies (11.7 million is a ton). DD2 should have sold a lot of copies given that it has a big following and is a multiplatform game. Not sure why that's hard to understand.
Definitely part of it. Compared to the dollar, the yen is at its lowest point since the 1980s. I was just in Japan a few weeks ago and I felt like I was rich because of the buying power of the dollar.
what the hell are these retards talking about? the combat in this game is all QTEs without the button prompts. Why would anyone want to sit through more of that? If KidSmoove wants more of this combat he can just download Infinity Blade for 99 cents.
