    This microcode update is kind of bullshit. The voltage spikes that were happening before which were degrading the silicon are still happening, they’re just shorter. Apparently they will only noticeably degrade the silicon once the warranty period has ended now. Great job, Intel.

    I had one of those yellow Sports Walkman models from the early 90s, and I did have an original DMG Game Boy before giving it away to a family member after upgrading to a Pocket, and then a Color, and then an Advance, and then an Advance SP. Still got the SP and it works like a charm.
