Anyone think the Xbox full-screen ad for CoD is crazy disrespectful?

I saw it. Clicked passed it and never saw it again. I don't know. It's what it is. Seems like most people who don't like it don't have an Xbox to begin with so not sure why you're mad.

Xbots are defending this like their life depended on it. I don’t care at all about this but it’s fun to see them spinning. Era has a thread about this 1000 posts long. Shit is pathetic
I'm pretty sure they will continue to get away with this because they already did similar stuff with Starfield and one other game I can't remember the name of. However, there's a lot about MS' ad strategy and overall strategy that competitors have wisely chosen not to follow. Let's just hope that continues.
For me, it's about paying for a system and then paying to play online. This should give me some form of control or autonomy with regards to my user experience. Shoving full-page ads into my user experience is very much against that principle. This is the kind of stuff you'd expect with a free to play mobile game or something similar - certainly not with a console and service you paid for.
