Badges and New Thread rule - A little bit of fun

We are implementing a couple of new features: a new rule for starting Threads and Badges

Starting New Threads
In order to be able to start a new thread, from now on you'll need to have written at least 25 posts, be in good standing with no active warning and have an Avatar picture.

Badges
My dears, it is time that I declare formal war on to @Sircaw . We are reading our armies and practising our new war cries, but he is a fish so I guess you can't really hear him!

From today you will be a normal NEWBIE until your 50th post. After that you will be sorted either with Sircaw or with me. Get a warning, and you'll be a proud pirate. Be a goodie two shoes and you'll join the dreaded fish. Once the latest warning is over 30 days old, I'll sadly loose you, and you'll be transferred to the other Army. Get a warning, and I'll welcome you back. Heartly!
