Playstation Malaysia is not just technical issues though, they offer MoCap and other art services, they did the same for Calisto. No other platform holder does that for their third party.

Did PC version have local split-screen CoOp?
Edit - I just read their PR and seems like PS5 version will have split-screen CoOp so PC is not comparable to what they are trying to do with Xbox.
Early Access PC specs doesn’t include split-screen.

I tried playing it in split screen when it first went to EA. My rig couldn't handle it (only gtx970 tbf)
I had that card. It's about as good as a ps4pro, which is a little worse than the series S. Makes perfect sense.
Series S slots above the minimum and below the recommended requirements for the game in terms of sheer specs.
Anyway, the director of publishing is saying on twitter the Xbox version is in active development and not announced for release because of the technical issue they're having. If they can resolve the technical issue before release, they'll probably announce it releasing at the same time.
If not then it'll probably be a bit delayed.
