You were proved wrong so many times that I don't even know why people still discuss that
Proven so wrong the head of Xbox said supply was increasing.
Why would supply increase ethomaz
It does matter because it proves XSX wasn't out of stock
I can only post the Mat Piscatella tweet from March so many times before people on this forum accept reality.
The retailers where the vast majority of the country go to for video games did not have it in stock all the time.
Series X sales increasing in a week In Japan proves stock shortages were true.
Microsoft has the marketing rights for Diablo 4, and the game released that same week.
I'm sure thats only a coincidence.
Diablo 4 alone boosted sales of Xbox in Japan from the low hundreds to
thousands? What?!
Microsoft timing the surge in supply with Diablo is one thing, but to suggest it's capable of selling thousands of Xbox's in Japan is crazy. If Diablo can do that, what do you think Starfield will do in September?
Oh sure, Xbox would be doing a lot better if not for the damn widespread shortages slowing it down.
All that despite the fact that it has been pretty easy to get an Xbox for a long time at this point and for some reason bundles don't count as available consoles. You are a joke.
Why is it always 0 or 100 with you people?
Who the fuck is saying anything about what Xbox could do? I've only pointed out it was not as available as many believed.
Reality is that Series X was still selling out in the US even up to the week of the June Showcase. Reality is also that Microsoft stated Series X supply significantly improved.
Anything beyond that is your own deluded fanboy head canon to continue justifying the obsession you all have with refusing to accept you were wrong about Xbox.
I know Phil fried some of your brains with that comment, but damn it's been what two weeks since then? Get over it, accept it happened, and move on.
Oh and keep going on about the bundle it really shows you're hardheaded. The Forza bundle is ass and no one wanted it. The popular pick is the $499 which is what always shoots up the charts when available.
It's like trying to argue Xbox One demand could ONLY be gauged by the Kinect bundle before it was killed. Ludicrous.
Listen man, you trying to be some intellectual, but on your very own Installbase site you have an MS paid astroturfer ( be sure he will bail out when MS/ABK merge fail/pass, whatever). Deal with that first, then talk about some intellectual stuff
I'm going to need actual proof or reasoning that links Curbstomp to SenjutsuSage. The Florian connection maybe is there but even with knowing who he is, I can see the reports on IB and the last time he acted up (reported by another user) was two weeks ago.
If he acts up again I'll bring up thread banning him with the staff, seeing as he only posts in one thread.
So if I get what you mean:
- Everybody bought xboxes after MS made a show that wasn't all that interesting to people who are not shills? Because Sony did not show enough games (a drought on PS means we get Spiderman 2 and FF XVI within months from one another).
- Ignore the sales numbers reported from sources that gather the information from many retail outlets and pick some well timed sample from a single store chain.
- Ignore global trends
- Ignore that MS claimed that stock issues were resolved a long time ago
= MS wins!
- If you want to argue a well liked showcase boosted Xbox sales, be my guest. But, eh not really. Sticking with GameStop, throughout 2023, Series X would occasionally jump to the top 5 every few weeks or so for about a day or two, and then drop down a lot of places. Since the showcase, the Series X has remained in the top 5, with the Diablo bundle near it.
- The only sales data reported from official trackers since Phil Spencer stated the supply increased was Japan and Spain.
Japan went from selling only a few hundred units a week to thousands.
Spain reported 600 and 800 combined sales for XBS the weeks before the showcase, and 1,800 the week of.
May Circana (I can't believe I have to say this) only covers MAY. We won't get anything on US sales data for June from Circana until late July. You do realize the showcase happened in JUNE, right?
- What do global trends have to do with Series X continuing to sell out in the US up to the showcase? It also went into low stock on Amazon after the showcase but we'll ignore that.
- Microsoft reported stock was increased June 11.
Two Sundays ago.
Are you guys from the multiverse where Xbox supply got fixed in 2022 or something?
- Best part, who cares if MS wins? Stop thinking like a fanboy and realize no one is saying Xbox will take over the industry.
Yes Welfare this is life proving you right after some magical showcase.......an in stock Xbox than can barely get out the 50’s

What does that have to do with anything?
Before it came back into stock, Amazon reported it only sold +200 in the past week. Since then it's at +1K.
Right now Amazon is selling a lot more items than previous weeks. The top 100 are all over 1,000 sold in the past week when before it cut off at 500 to 800, so it placing #50 means nothing on its own. It might register +2K by Saturday.
And speaking more to the hourly chart since we have numbers now, if an item sold ~1,300 in the past week, that would mean on average
1,300 / 7 days / 24 hours = 7.73 an hour
An item that sells 2,000 would be 11.9 an hour.
The gap between items in the hourly chart is going to be incredibly small. A slight change of 1-2 units for a particular hour could shift the rankings quite a bit.
And while typing this it's at #41 now.
You are a mediocre joke character, and thats the worst part, you arent funny or original, just sad and mediocre
The only character is the part you all play when you have to scream "Phil Spencer lies
" when presented with new information like children.
