But no the movie had nothing to do with anything. Spec 2 was launched last November and that correlates with what you're conflating with the Netflix release lol.
Future More Netflix only got the rights to the movie for North America and HBO (MAX) got the rights worldwide and the movie didn't do big numbers on either platform
