Yeah my son and friends all hype for this. I know he's in school pheening to come out to play. Their hypeness has me tempted to purchase it as well.

Destiny could become Sony's COD if they treated it right. Make Crucible PvP free to play for a Warzone competitor. License out the game to netease or tencent to make a mobile spin off like COD Mobile. And have these Lightfall like expansions yearly.

What a pick-up by Sony, Bungie has proven over time that they are a unique talent in the industry with deep understanding of gunplay and fps shooters as well as many other facets / specialties / niches of game development.

Only a few studios in the industry are at that level, where they have cornered a game-type / style so well that nobody really comes close.....

Yes but I expect it would resemble Apex mostly or even Fortnite in some gameplay respects...

I'm hoping it will bring back some of the big map battle stuff... like tanks and the Pike / heavy pike etc.

It could really be amazing.

Normally I would agree with you but they keep using Bethesda, Starfield, Hi-fi to give credit to MS so we have to be consistent and use Destiny for Sony too.
