I remember in 2010 we talking about and people saying in GAF that Bungie was dead lol
And in 2014 they launched the game that most affected my life… Destiny… I never played something so additive ever.
Over 1500 hours in like 2-3 years.
I remember (and fell) for the BS that 343i was the real bungie and retained the key talent from the studio.
Boy was I wrong. Bungie is still alive and well and putting out Halo 3-level hits to this day -- Destiny is utterly unstoppable.
343i on the other hand was an amateur hour revolving-door contract work clownshow ran on a budget.
10 years later we see the truth in plain view.
