Maybe to you it is debatable.

Go look at the success rate of AAA GaaS games VS AAA SP games for starters.

That should tell you everything.
GAAS has always operated on a lower hit rate.

It’s taken over the industry on more difficult terms.

Ubisoft and EA weren’t having these problems in 2017. GAAS was born in the darkness.

Exactly my point to your previous comment.

AAA SP continues to struggle. This market is in turmoil and I love it.

AAA GaaS struggles even more than AAA SP yet here you are championing GaaS and has taken over diddly squat.

Ridiculous.

Nonsense and you know it.

PlayStation projected a similar groundswell towards Live Service in the year prior as well...

Oh, you're talking in circles now. Yes, as we went over just a few posts up, GAAS has (always) had a lower hit rate. The failure of Concord is not relevant to the graph that suggests the SP market is shrinking drastically while the GAAS market continues to grow even faster.

I understand your sentiments but like it or not, GaaS is becoming more and more mainstream and eventually will be the way to go as far as MP is going.

SP games only gain so much revenue while a good GaaS title will generate a smaller, but much longer stream of income over the course of a certain period.

It's inevitable.

Not what we are discussing.

The GAAS market continues to grow. The SP market continues to shrink. Jump through as many hoops as you want but you can't escape those facts.
