40% of the sales are probably PC and 20-25% Xbox.Well TLOU2 sold really really poorly on Xbox and PC...
Does anyone regret getting this or is it universally loved? Anybody that is not a souls fan, but changed their minds with this one?
I’m also a reluctant player of open worlds, and souls never clicked for me as yet at least.I’m sick of open world games. It’ll take me 3 years to finish my time with Elden Ring. I love the game don’t get me wrong but it didn’t grab me the same way. By nature of being open world it feels like a chore at times.
I prefer the Metroidvania design of Bloodborne. That’s still their best IMO.

i don't regret, good game. but nothing really special. this game kinda lost it's mojo compare to previous games. that almost open world didn't help either.Does anyone regret getting this or is it universally loved? Anybody that is not a souls fan, but changed their minds with this one?
You can't just buy companies lol. I still don't understand some of the thinking around here that if someone has intent and money that they can just purchase a business. That's not how anything works...How many years have PS fans been asking Sony to buy them?
Incredible how out of touch PS management are right now.... they think they can shove live service games and they will just be massive somehow.
That is not the audience they cultivated.

I think you just need to accept that PlayStation at this point in time is a North American brand run by a North American branch of the company.Yeah of course but I dont seem to see much effort from Sony to have anything big in Japan and that is a HUGE weakness.
JRPG's, fighters and character action games should be PlayStations bread and butter. They should have first party offerings... it's just bizarre that they dont.
The lack of cohesion between Japanese gaming entities is also frustrating, if they dont support each other gaming will become more and more western dominated and corrupted and low quality.
That is just my position on it....
of course there are good western companies too but I prefer Japanese generally.
