Airship Syndicate is a development studio comprised of ex- Vigil developers including Joe Madureira who co-founded Airship with Ryan Stefanelli who was also ex-Vigil developer. They released Battle Chasers Nightwar, Darksiders Genesis and Ruined King: A League of Legends Story. They're currently working with Digital Extremes on a MMORPG which was announced at TennoCon 2022 (Warframe).Who or what is that?

Reason why I want them is because they were ex-Vigil developers who worked on Darksiders along side David Adams who founded Vigil and the currently owned by Embracer, Gunfire Games (Darksiders 3 and Remnant: From the Ashes) development studio. Basically, I would love to see Vigil in a way all get reunited under Embracer but instead of one studio, there would be two (Gunfire and Airship).
It's more of a group of small publishers who have the same owner, than a huge highly integrated publisher.I just don't see how this Embracer Group operation won't end up in complete disaster. Way too many studios to manage makes no sense.
If they somehow succeed it will make all the other big publishers that can't manage a fraction of those studios look like complete amateurs.
Yep. Embracer is led by Lars Wingfors but they have multiple publishing arms. THQ Nordic, Koch Media (which was just renamed to something else), Prime Matter and I think they have one or two others but im not 100% sure. It's more of a group of small publishers who have the same owner, than a huge highly integrated publisher.
