Wanted to add the first comment here.
I like the Forza Games for what they are - Arcade experiences.
Motorsport is a bit more focused on the simulation side, but is very lacking when compared with Gran Turismo and is kilometres behind iRacing.
That said, it's a fun game, if you can ignore the online space, which will give you cancer. However, I'm not impressed by Microsoft's dishonesty regarding the graphics in the game, as they clearly misrepresented how the game looks and "forgot" to say that the game, in their showcase, was not running on the Series X, but rather on the PC.
Still excited to see what they can come up with and may get it on the PC if it's a clear improvement over Forza 7.

I'd definitely try it if I had a PC or Xbox.
Nothing will give you cancer like a LFG in Destiny 2 though.
All jokes aside, I go to extreme lengths to play online racing games in SP mode, even GT Sport, I once went online in a couple of years or so and it was enough to never try it again. I am pretty sure it's the same online experience for Forza.

Forza Horizon is 100% arcade
Motorsport is probably 50% arcade. It has a lot of arcadey elements, the handling is very weird, weather is very poor... Overall, it's still arcade, but closer to a sim experience.
