It could launch well, its Rockstar but it could take like 2 to 3 years to port till is good for all those configurations, and they could not do that port internally at rockstar either, its probably gonna be someone like Panic Button, Iron Galaxy that did TLOU ports, virtuos or someone on the like. After GTA they are jumping to the next game that gonna take a lot of time to develop. No time to spend on PC ports.it will be fun when it launches on PC with tons of issues that never existed on PS5 version

After all the trash talked about this gen, On the Playstation side The PS5 gen is the success of the PS4 with The games of PS3 era, Astrobot. First Gen since PS3 with 3 main Rockstar Games. Plus unlike PS3, ports from previus generations, plus Backcompatibility unlike late PS3s.
On the Xbox side this has been the best Xbox gen in terms of games, ever, plus Gamepass.
Rockstar is releasing GTA VI, plus Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2 remake made by Remedy.
For all the talk about bloat on Western studios, Remedy is not part of that for their efficiency, the fact they made a game that looks, plays and has the value like Alan Wake 2 for ~50 million budget is Chinese developers efficiency. YOU CAN JUST IMAGINE WHAT WILL THEY DO WITH ROCKSTAR MONEY. Those remakes could be Rockstar crown jewel this gen and not made directly by them.

Can you play RDR2 at 60 FPS or more or still have to hack your console to do that?
PC players will have to get off social media and move to a different country where GTA VI won't be available to avoid spoilers.

Do you remember RDR 2 PC port ?
Because that's one heck of an issue of the console versions dont you think?. And GTA V/RDR PC ports were great so that reasoning is outdated.

ROCKSTAR PC PORTS LAUNCH GOOD. BUT You think Console gamers give a FUCKKK about that. It runs perferctly at 30 fps. Console gamers aint obbessed with 60 fps for a freaking action adventure game like Red Dead Redemption 2 where it does not add anything significant gameplay wise. If it was a FPS like Call Of Duty that would be different but guess what, games designed for that run at 60 fps on console. Good Rockstar dont listen to framerate warriors if its good and you can play it. Why waste money on giving you a patch. You only hear this 60 fps obsession crap on forums and PC Gamers that to achieve 60 fps have to run current games on low on their potatoes pcs. Still think this game will run 40 or 60 fps on console. At least PS5 PRO version. RAGE engine is not UE5.

Yes... it had issues that lead people to call it a "sub-optimal" port that DF did spin as being future proof (made to work better on hardware to be launched).
