Yes. Unlike Stray, Hi-Fi Rush isn't doing a great job in Steam.
Forspoken and Hi-Fi Rush have a 24-hour concurrent player peak pretty similar to Halo, not bad:

It is incorrect to state that HiFi Rush has not made the XBL top 50. A full week of tracking should be available Wednesday if it dropped last Tuesday… I can’t remember when it launched exactly.
It’s at no. 30 as of yesterday and we will probably see an update on positioning later today. I don’t think it’ll reach High on Life’s debut but who knows. We will see tomorrow.

This game really should be on switch. The aesthetics and everything would go well for them. I don't think rhythm games do well on PC. Hell I'd pick it up if it wasn't.
Stray has 784 currently. Granted it came out 7 months ago.
And has 2.23M-6.13M estimated Steam owners on reviews, 1.27M by PlayTracker, 3.34M by VG Insights, 3.78M by SteamSpy.
Which is more than the Halo Infinite campaign, Hi-Fi Rush and Forspoken combined.
