Metal Gear Solid Remake Announcement Coming in First Half of 2023, It's Now Claimed

Here we go again! It's now claimed that a Metal Gear Solid PS5 remake announcement will be made before May 2023 and fans think it adds up.

While I don’t want to see Metal Gear without Kojima ever. I can’t help but be interested in a remake anyway.

It’ll be really interesting to see if it is that rumored MGS3 remake. I’m a bit biased since it’s my favorite game in the series. It’s a bit more realistic and grounded. It’s still nutty but nothing on the level of outrageousness of 2 or 4.

Honestly, I would kinda want to see remakes of 2 and 4 go in a slightly different direction. It’s mostly 2. Always felt like MGS4 had to waste its time making sense of mgs2.

I like the PS1 version to much to even think of a remake. I never bothered with the GameCube version.

Bluepoint have already come out and said they're working on an original IP.

So, if this is real in the first place, it's likely not a BP joint.

TBH I've never been big on the MGS games though my gaming tastes were a lot different back then. I do know when this remake is announced, especially depending on the team handling it, they'll break Twitter for like three days.

And if it gets announced as a PS5 exclusive you'll have weirdos tweeting the FTC saying it's unconstitutional .

If metal Gear is a playstation exclusive it's literally over. MGS, SIlent Hill, FF, Resident Evil all on Sony's side is unstoppable.

yeah, one of the best games ever made, along with silent hill. Younger dudes just don't realize what a powerhouse konami was.

my fav. will always be MGS2. when this came out, the whole gaming world stood still.

It's up there as the most important PlayStation franchise of all time imo.
