You still failed to provide any counter point. Do you have anything else to add or are just keep going with this? It’s exactly what you are doing. It’s literally just as bad as when the Xbox guys do it.

I believe there's no point in making CoD exclusive and they know this.I believe they couldn't do a main line CoD exclusive even if they wanted before 2025... so we will have to wait at least 3 years to know for fact what will happen with the franchise.
Because that software is used by businesses, and MS doesn't have a successful 30% cut store device in the Windows ecosystem.I believe there's no point in making CoD exclusive and they know this.
And tbh, Xbox is the only MS business that has exclusives, it's the outlier.
MS software is available on Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS. Why is Xbox the outlier here?
Depend of the software.I believe there's no point in making CoD exclusive and they know this.

If it was that simple...
Remember they tried to do the same in the Mobile space and failed. They bought Nokia and failed.
It's not that simple or easy to do what you're implying they want to do.
And let's not forget, they've been trying this for the past 20 years or so.
Yeah, they spent 80bi, but don't kid yourself: If they don't see that ROI, they'll axe Xbox out.
And to see that ROI, they need Sony userbase revenue.
That's not how this works.I'm sticking with the prediction I made back in January. COD will be fully exclusive to Xbox/PC/Cloud once contracts are legally completed. Of course, until the contracts are legally completed, no one will know.
P.S. - I don't care what Microsoft is saying now. They will say whatever they need to in order for the acquisition to go through.
It will work however Microsoft wants it to work and they're all in on Game Pass and Xbox. Keeping COD on PlayStation does NOTHING for either so why do that? Money? They're a $2T dollar company. They don't need the money that they would make on PlayStation and making COD exclusive to Xbox would get the vast majority of those who play COD on PlayStation to jump to Xbox. That's not how this works.
It's the consistently highest selling franchise there is, many people buy a console just to play Call of Duty. If they decided to cut that off from PlayStation at some point people are going to go where their game is.It will work however Microsoft wants it to work and they're all in on Game Pass and Xbox. I’ll bet you good money people do not move en masse to Xbox for CoD. You greatly overestimate peoples allegiance to these things. It's the consistently highest selling franchise there is, many people buy a console just to play Call of Duty. Exactly. Microsoft can't gain new consumers or returning consumers by keeping COD on PlayStation. It's the consistently highest selling franchise there is, many people buy a console just to play Call of Duty. If they decided to cut that off from PlayStation at some point people are going to go where their game is.
Those who play COD on PS4/PS5 will easily jump to Xbox especially those who only play COD and maybe one or two other games a year every year. It won't be everyone but even getting 50% of those who play on PlayStation would be massive for Xbox and potentially Game Pass.I’ll bet you good money people do not move en masse to Xbox for CoD. 50%? Lol it’s not going to happen. I’ll bet you too. Those who play COD on PS4/PS5 will easily jump to Xbox especially those who only play COD and maybe one or two other games a year every year. It won't be everyone but even getting 50% of those who play on PlayStation would be massive for Xbox and potentially Game Pass.
Make your bet.50%? Lol it’s not going to happen. I’ll bet you too.
Not to mention CoD is in decline. People will just move on if it gets yanked.
IMO I believe we will already see a decline in PS players in CoD with the MS acquisition. Those who play COD on PS4/PS5 will easily jump to Xbox especially those who only play COD and maybe one or two other games a year every year. Make your bet.
COD declined because of Vanguard and Warzone is about to be replaced by Warzone 2. Once COD MW 2 and Warzone 2 release, it will be as if the decline never happened.
Well yeah, they will already jump ship because why wait to see what happens when you know that no matter what Microsoft decides to do, COD will be on Xbox and Game Pass day one.IMO I believe we will already see a decline in PS players in CoD with the MS acquisition.
I didn't say that Xbox would become dominant. I said that they would get at least 50% of those who play on PS4/PS5 to jump to Xbox which I do believe because majority are still playing on PS4. These people will wait it out and see what happens. If they see COD is exclusive to Xbox and all they really play is COD, why would they buy a PS5 when for them it would be of no use since the game they play religiously isn't on the platform? You actually would bet a decent amount of cash that Xbox is going to become dominant after the CoD deal? Come on you can’t be that foolish!
Think about this. If Activision had a positive outlook on its future why would it be so eager to liquidate itself? They are going nowhere and they know it.
