Nah, if anythihg Xbox games get a score boost from all the shills and Xbox focused publications. If Redfall was a PlayStation game it would get a red score and if Horizon or Spider-man were Xbox games they would get a 90+ score easily.

This. Comparing Horizon with any Xbox 1st party release (looking at halo) is like comparing cologne with piss, yet their meta scores are similar.

A Bethesda game is never one to bet on for a stable launch.

Let's be honest, this is a coop shooter that took 5 years already. It's problem is with the design and style of the game. No amount of delay would have made it better. Delay would have made it less buggy and that's it.
Look at Jedi survivor, it came with shitty performance and stupid bugs, but it was still well received. Because the game is good at its core.
The buggy, shitty performance release is on Microsoft, but the shitty game is on Arkane.
Also, the game was marketed by Microsoft as a AAA game. I don't believe they were not interested in it.

Funny that Xbox fans wanted MS to get credit for Hi-Five Rush (that they pretty much sent out to die with no prior marketing) but now want to blame Bethesda for Redfall.

What rings false about the "MS didn't believe in Redfall" narrative is that MS probably pressured Arkane to make a looter shooter in the first place. It's not their wheelhouse at all.
