Sort of off topic but I wonder if Resetera's Vixolus and Neogaf's Adamsapple are the same person? Both pop up in every thread, even unrelated to anything xbox, to damage control and spin for xbox. I dont doubt microosft has numerous paid interns that just sit on forums all day to damage control.

Knew his exit was related to dissatisfaction at Microsoft. People gotta remember; folks like Shinji Mikami and other creatives had NO say in Zenimax selling to Microsoft! That was 100% the shareholders and BoDs.

The moment an escape route popped up for Mikami, he got out of there ASAP. I suspect Mike Brown and a few of the Playground people left over similar dissatisfaction & disagreement with Xbox/Microsoft Gaming upper-management & leadership. We're going to see similar exits from ABK once that deal is finalized.

If there's one silver lining out of all of this it's that Microsoft doesn't care about the retention of talents when it comes to these acquisitions. This is why whatever Xbox has touched so far has been sub par. IP doesn't add much value if the talent making it is gone.

Exactly and as talent leaves, it can benefit other studios. They can produce high quality games and people can either move away from COD, buy it or sub for a month and then forget about it for the rest of the year.

I think we all need to start moving on from Activision, they were never really good.

They have the same job but I doubt they are the same person. Adamsapple is Chandoog on Era. Having 2 accounts is not unheard of tho.

Another one that always posts the same script/damage control is Ozriel and DarkMage. Their posting style is so much alike too.

Do you not remember the time when people literally were celebrating here when CMA blocked it people did care
