Wanna know the best part about the appeal? Even if it goes through, the decision reverts back to the CMA. The courts can only ask for more research/clarification from the CMA, they can't go over them and approve it.

One of the reason reason his shocked and i hear quite a few acquistion cheerleaders are also shocked about is "oh well microsoft made deals with nvidia and boosteroid blah blah blah"

Which really shows they were fed continual lies and never actually looked at the cmas concerns in depth and their outlook on remedies.

Even though last week i was putting the chances of this deal to being appoved to be higher due to multiple reputable sources hinting towards that.

I was sitting in bewilderment on how can the CMA even do this? Behavioural remedies and microsofts flimsy deals clearly aren't what the CMA would usually accept so what the hell changed?

The truth of this is that ABK wanted an easy out about the Bobby Kotick scandal. They wanted their cake tried to eat it and now they're not having any of it.
It amazes me how ERA shills were glossing over this obvious fact.
