That's fucking great, but depending on the jurisdiction, it's very possible if not likely that data obtained from a leak cannot be used as proof in court.
That's true, maybe it wouldn't be admissible in a legal court. But it would still have a huge impact in the court of public opinion, which would've led to significantly larger settlement and more heat on ABK.
