I still contend that the most impressive thing won't be the graphical differences (well, except for games like FF7Rebirth and FF16). It's going to be the lack of framedrops in games, I can't stand frame drops into the 40s, and with the increased GPU grunt it should almost always be locked 60.
It is said ps5 pro is ps5 fidelity mode at 60 fps for games like that hogwarts legacy

The water reflections are the biggest difference but also better draw distance, foliage detail and shadows. Basically the equivalent of medium vs ultra on PC.

They either don't know much about PC or they cheap out on everything (except the GPU) just to keep the price as low as possible.
I've seen a build with a 4070 and DDR4 3600 RAM on a 50€ motherboard that only supports up to 2400 MHz.
Don't worry, they will compare it against 4090.
They are not allowed compare it to xbox.
