How are people planning on transfering everything over from there ps5 to ps5 pro?
I'm thinking just transfer over anything that isn't games using the transfer process, and move games over using the M2 SSD.
Don't want to transfer games over using the transfer tool, as It can take ages.

I'm transferring the M.2 drive from my Slim and hoping the Pro won't format it. I'll download everything else as needed.
So it is done. I cancelled my slim 30th anniversary! I don't need this crap (2 anniv controllers are still on though!)

The drive and stand are both here for over a month now!
I plan on keeping my fat ps5 because I like it and it's in astro. But I will use the 2tb wd sn850 drive I have in it for pro.

I don’t think I’m getting my pre order. Used my debit card and it keeps flagging the transaction and it’s no longer even a pending hold on my account. No email from Sony either or change in order status
Kinda bummed. Hate my bank
Edit: it is my fault in the end. Both for choosing to do business with this bank that flags everything ans never alerts you and Sony direct for the hardware purchase. I should’ve used my cc to avoid all of it and there’s no way to contact Sony on the weekend. They will attempt to final process the charge when it does indeed ship probably tomorrow but those funds are no longer on hold from the bank; and I’m bound to go thru the whole circus act again and at best get a delayed order.
This is where I miss in-store transactions

Listen, send the console over, I'll prepare all the cables so that you can easily replace them, and then send the console back. I promise.
Some people I know are now caving after initially fuming when the price was revealed. I find it profoundly amusing.
Is this the closest they've ever come to admitting that "the tools" are worthless? Series X, more like Series L
