Livealive and Triangle are exclusive. Bravely Default 2 and Harvestalla too. Square makes many Nintendo exclusives but people are fine with it. It's only when it's on PS that it's controversial.

I’d like to think Sony does or did have something going on with square behind the scenes but I wonder if a new ceo, whose younger may squash those plans to make his mark for an independent SE under his reign. Idk I just hope this change doesn’t end biting Sony down the line if they had a chance to do something with se but instead opted to kill the activsion deal. They’d look really stupid if they could’ve taken a 10 year deal and been able to buy square enix but now they can’t.
