Great news! They finally added folders, and you'll be able to include a game in two of them! And the 4 people who asked 1440p in forums will finally be happy too!
Now if we could get some performance modes aimed at 1440p with higher frame rates. More options are always good news.
Interesting.. PlayStation bringing the heat with these features. Is there anything Mark Cerny can't do?
Imagine taking literal years and needing a beta to push out a 1440p output lmfao....
Imagine being triggered about a niche feature being added to a platform that you hate....
Imagine a feature that 99% of players won’t use and it is just a talked thing in forum by weird Xbox fans.
A hint for you… 1440p TVs doesn’t exists.
This feature is for a very small amount of gamers that plays on 1440p monitors that doesn’t accept 4k signal for whatever reason.

I'm happy for my PS peeps.
But the PS4 Pro could have used 1440p a lot more cause most of the updated games there ran around the 1440p mark.
It's not a small amount of gamers. A lot of people use PC monitors for console gaming.
Yeap Xbox should try to copy the ability of releases games you know

There is no game actually that outputs in 1440p… it either need patch for old games or that the developer implement that option in new games.
I just have a feeling that even more modes will become a mess Half-assed modes being delivered in games.
Now the fix for 1440p monitors that doesn’t accept direct 4k signal is good and where the console supersample will be useful (1440p monitors that accept 4k signal already do supersample).
