Gamepass, piracy, steam sales.
Pc users are kinda used to low prices or free stuff. It is generational entitlement at this point.
It's devaluing games.

Most of my cooworkers don't buy games. They pirate everything aside form battlefield and few MP games. And they laugh at me for spending money "for games" lol

I'm sure this is all true stories coming from the guy who only owns a PC to state how much he hates it...

It depends on what you are looking for op. if you don't care about PS/Switch exclusives and you are looking for portables and rarely staying home then get the SD.

SD can run better graphics than both and it has much bigger library than the Vita.

Dude, it's Poland. Nobody is buying games here if they can avoid it. Or at least nobody did in the past. Now it' better.
Out of all my pc friends, only one legit buys games like me. But I also buy on console.
I know. I used to be a pirate. I didn't own a single legit game until maybe 2007 (aside from full version of games in demo magazines... which I had a ton)

I can comfortably say all this stuff about PC because I have decades of experience with it. All of it's stages. I had original vodoo in 1997. I know what golden era of pc gaming is. I can not help but to criticize it for what it become. There is so much more potential to it!!! I criticize because I have experience and I care. Learn the difference. it's not ignorance or hate

For me a handheld can never replace a Home console irrespective of the price.

PS5 hands down.

A better comparison would be Switch VS Steam Deck.

300 dollar Switch vs 500 dollar Steam Deck.

Switch edges it for the exclusives.

Yeah not a big portable guy.

It really just boils down to that.. I've bought a lot of gaming portables, and just never used them that much.

I think it's nifty what they've done with Steam OS always been a fan of the idea, and hope they continue to improve it though.

SD all the way. And even more now that i been away from home for a month. I can play my entire library, run windows apps, etc. I'd kill to have mine already. At first I was like ehhh on the idea of getting one... I regret that so much now. With a ps5, my library would be extremely small, and I'd hate to be paying for online gaming this month, while playing no games at all.

Cant get on with playing a game in the palm of my hand, just like I cant be brought to playing on phone's or watch movies on the go.

Had the PSP, DS, Vita, Wii U, always have the best phone - props to Acti/Blizzard...

Even when on planes I read, music or watch the inbuilt entertainment. Just doesn't work for me. When I was a kid tho, Game & Watch all the way, but not now.

It's actually very quick. It loads the game slower but once it's in memory, it works just like my PC.
