yea im happy with gamma still. most people that overhyped it are xbots that arent well versed on the franchise as a one one up to the rival platform. theres also the metro franchise meant as a successor. i guess they saw the formula being successful, the popularity of the mods and wanted a return. but the return is as expected as the first trilogy lol i do see potential on it though. i do hope it gets better.
Most of the reviews that are bad, say it's super buggy and unoptimized. Not that the actually game is bad. I can't wait for my download to finish.

It looked interesting, if they fix up the bugs it looked like a decent game. I need more 1st person games that arent super heavy on the shooting gameplay
yeah, i hope they will fix it, but it will take a while. it is super buggy, performance is garbage, AI is shit, animation lacking etc etc...

Sounds like something that wasnt given its time to finish up. Maybe the gamepass pressure. Similar to Flight Simulator 2024.

it was already have been delayed. can it be that SS is hurting overall polish of the game on all platforms? it was running badly on SX. imagine now SS version
Im no expert, but having SS, SX and PC specs is gonna be more time consuming at least. Unless it was built up from the Series S lol and scaled up, which I doubt. Theres too much of a gap between Series S, SX and PC. You’ll need extra QA for each at least.
Something like a Series S, or handheld port should be secondary priority and done when the main version is mostly done and working smooth

Stalker 2 is a actually banger. I'm 6 hours in, didn't encounter any bugs yet and the game looks good and runs well I'm on my right with frame gen, DLSS etc, max settings 1440p ultra wide. Without the bugs and poor optimization critics would of scored it much better. Mid to high 80s.
Yes, without junky animations, without wonky sound design, without mediocre story, without bad AI critics, the game would have scored a 100.
