Tsushima Legends is surely next. Let's see what will happen
Sony should just make regional stores instead of making every store tied to a country. Meaning Asia, Africa, NA, SA, Europe, etc. So when you don't have your own store, you use these. When PS Store is present in your country, your account automatically migrates to it. My older Omani PSN migrated to Oman PS Store in 2014, I made it in 2007. I'm using a US account though I made in 2013 When somehow PS4 launched and Oman and 5 other countries didn't have support for like 6 months.
It wont. GOT was announced with trophies and few days ago for Legends will require PSN. They are warned! If they are start to whine, it literally means they don't want to make a PSN account.
OK, Helldivers 2 had a warning with PSN requirement, just it didn't worked at the beginning.
Sucker punch already came out and said that linking psn isnt required amidst all of this going on with helldivers
Maybe this whole fiasco will finally convince Sony to fix their PSN account bullshit so that you can have a PSN account no matter what country you live in before they ever attempt something like this again.
The solution is pretty fucking obvious. Make PSN available everywhere.
When you say "terrorists", do you mean owners (or potential owners) of the game who reside in countries where they cannot create PSN accounts? Because that tracks.
The only real issue was that there would be many people from around the world who already bought the game would not be able to play it.
This was THE issue, people who were crying about having to create an account is literally a fucked up double standard.
Expand PSN regions, to atleast 130 countries or so, you don't need to match steams 160 countries, but the current supported regions are way too low.
& also make it so that we are able to switch regions, because right now you can't & its very annoying because most people who are not from supported regions have made a US account and have alot of progress and trophies on this account and cannot switch the region.

I think they were referring to only the single-player campaign. Legends is standalone content.

There was no winning at this point. The lies, FUD and hate being spread was unprecedented. All the biggest accounts in gaming were signal boosting the outrage.
This will go down as the biggest and most fake manufactured outrage in history. They will still talk about this in 5 years. The Sony tax is real.
"manufactured outrage" is when people stand up for the 177 countries that got Helldivers delisted from their Steam stores because of Sony's incompetence.
That and the way they did it. Absolute scum. Let people buy and play for three months then surprise them on a weekend. So unprofessional.
