This Golden Joystick Awards doesn't make sense. Console GOTY - Helldivers 2, PC GOTY - Satisfactory, Critics Choice - Helldivers 2. Yet the Overall GOTY - Black Myth Wukong

I mean I get it. They don't want to see Xbox die, so they're coming up with all sorts of theories as to how this could be stopped or changed.

Way too early to say for sure, all M&A have the potential to fall through, but I feel like this is as likely to go through as any M&A.

No regulatory concerns and Sony has the finances to buy them.

Elden Ring was probably the best selling 3rd party non annual release title of the generation so far. Maybe Hogwarts did better, but Sony wasn't going to buy Avalanche or WB (at least not in its current form) and Hogwarts wasn't original lP.
