So... you're begging for an update... like I said.
And there's a difference between begging, and expecting Sony will just release a port. By your logic, you want an update for Bloodborne because Sony apparently "promised" one (they didn't promise anything) and because most of their other games got updates.... Well Sony's releasing their old games on PC now... and certain gamers just expect Sony would port one of the games that's from a popular genre on PC...

Old Hunters DLC was on discount - required for the 100%. Not that you would know. TLOU was my second dip, aside from the PS3.
Let me know how those Steam achievements look like on TLOU, if you can actually get a full run in of course. Keep trying hard... I'm sure it will make all the difference.

I do see you enjoy playing Sony ports to the fullest on PC. I mean if you had a PS4 as you say, you would have platted those on PS4 right? If you splash for Bloodborne, it begs to reason you would splash for GOW, Spiderman or Returnal on a PlayStation platform, to go along with precious Bloodborne.... that is, if you have the PS platform for exclusives only as many PC mains fake claim they do - it's only natural. Rarely despite claiming do people double dip, and even rarer for a double plat. It's not just the money, but time. All the talk about PC fans not wanting or begging for Sony exclusives but yet you 100% them when available on PC instantly? Narrative consistency red flags everywhere... you could say, a house of cards ready to tip over.
I couldn't bring myself to platting Spider-man for example but yes to GOW and Returnal - two gems. Doing it all over twice on 2 different platforms, the time and money? Very Rare.

No, the meltdowns wouldn’t be legendary for two reasons:Because they're begging Sony to update the game for them... durrrrand Sony never did shit.... causing them to regain hope once again after the PS5 released that THIS would be the time they'd update it for them!.... and they haven't

1 - it would never happen. The game would be updated for consoles and released for pc at the same time
2 - Bloodborne receives a lot of praise, yes, in gaming forums and Reddit. The reality is that it’s a niche obscure title, not unlike gravity rush. It received cult status because of From Software development but it didn’t sell much at the time. DS3 and ER outsold It by far. So, there wouldn’t be much people to have meltdowns over it.
Now, the most probable outcome for Bloodborne is receiving the Bluepoint treatment and becoming a remake that will be released as a ps5 exclusive first, then ported to PC a year or two later.
Your described scenario has little chance of happening.
