Not having any gameplay updates is gonna be a reality check for sony i think with this pricing. Even big fans of the series aren’t gonna rebuy it if its just graphical changes.

People let it slide for Demon’s Souls and SoTC before though so they probably thought whatever. This underperforming def means they dont make a bloodborne remake/remaster either cause theres no extra money on it for them

But sotc had new controls, coins to find and some qol changes. And the graphics were very upgraded

• Unsure if the "brutality" of Pt II is there.
• Seems like prone is not an option, dodge hasn't presented itself as well. The person playing could literally show more of the hand to hand combat but has decided not to
• Game looks great
• Ellie's AI is a bit braindead like in the first game
• UI is the same as Pt II

They really need to adjust their picture settings it does look washed out here

They added the jump functionality, implying that either it's useless, or there are some changes to level design to leverage it. Disappointing that there's no dodge or prone, but I kinda get the lack of the latter.
