yep, they're learning hard and fast what CDPR learned with 2077. you may be on top of the world and everyone's darling one moment, but all it takes in this industry is one fumble and then you're busted down to punching bag status.

ND has fumbled more than once now. This 'remaster' fiasco is going to be their undoing.

You've lost the consumer's trust. TLOU is on the decline and a toxic brand name. Uncharted reached it's natural end and the series doesn't have any life left in it.

you've been surpassed by Insomniac and SSM handily. Sucker Punch put out an apolitical game and Tsushima is beloved everywhere from Texas to Tokyo and the whole world over. Funny how that works.

Back to the drawing board ND. Maybe let some of the toxic execs like Druckmann go, and restructure your studio. Check and then Relinquish your privilege.

you're through, done, over.

Some of you are really delusional. Nobody cares about any of this. The game will sell like hotcakes and will be well reviewed lol.

I'm glad all this drama is going on. "Puts a smile on my face".

Now is on Factions to change the narrative.

Says the xbot that hypes delayed, failed games and justifies every single misstep MS makes.
This remake will be a success and no amount of concern trolling will change that.
I know you will call it a success, no matter how well it does 🥱

Why didn't people cry so much when Gears got a remake 9 years later just like TLoU? Is this just about price or is there something else?

It's also funny that the problem with Demon's Souls was that they changed it too much yet the problem with TLoU is that they changed it too little.

It’ll do better than anything MS releases of have released, after all, MS just flops.

it’s just they feel the need to bitch about something they never had any intention of buying.

TLOU2 Joel was more relaxed than TLOU1 Joel having living a few years in peace, not really hard to understand.
What agenda where they forcing onto people by killing Joel?
The agenda is TLOU1 characters wouldn't act like that. Tommy pointing a gun at anybody rocking-up to the dam regardless of how long he'd been settled there already, or Joel not 'going soft' over the "injured" guy who attempted the car jacking/kidnapping (I can't remember the in-game term for their group, Hunters?), no matter how many year's it'd been since he played on that side himself. If I've built a safe community over X amount of years, I don't 'go soft', I'm more cautious of defending/protecting it. That's such a naff explanation. He didn't get soft in the prior years.

Neil's story for TLOU1 got shitcanned for being too unrealistic the cross country/years tracking of Joel and killing him by Tess, so he created Abbey to have his story told, prior character personalities/lore be damned. That's one agenda, to go alongside the whole Anita 'thing'. It boils down for me that I had to watch a mature-beyond-her-years-through-adversity-character in Ellie who's gone through alll the events of Left Behind and TLOU1, sulk around and call people bigot sandwitches. And get high on patrol, I just don't think the established character of Ellie, that had the Winter fight in the bar, would do that considering it's the Apocolypse and not everyone else is immune, or the danger from other human enemies. Joel and Tommy were made into goofs too, essentially walking to their slaughter. It just wouldn't have been done. Come off it.

I can praise the gameplay, the graphics, the accessibility options, of TLOU2 as much as anyone. But let's not take the piss and pretend it's a masterpiece like TLOU1, it's sales show that TLOU2 aint it. It's pacing, and it's narrative choices, are shit. It left every single TLOU1 character in a worse state than they found them, literally.

And the trailer outright lying he was still alive to SWERVE us, that's another agenda. I don't agree with that, or the video strikedowns and trying to hide ND's involvement in it either. Atm I just want Factions standalone, and for them to not take-away TLOU Factions (like they have the PS3 servers for it; or taken away Uncharted 2 & 3's MP all together last time I knew), and hope TLOU Part 1 doesn't change too much from the original I guess. But future story games? Fuck man... Neil ruined it.
