What will the Extraction Shooter market look like in two years? (market size)

I am a man of great passions. I love the Extraction Shooter genre and I love getting a read on how the public views game industry trends. In this thread, I have cleverly combined both passions...

In two years (November 2026) what will the Extraction Shooter genre look like in terms of growth?

Right now, the vast majority of the genre is wrapped up in Escape from Tarkov (around 60k CCU), Hunt Showdown (around 20k CCU), and Dark and Darker (around 10k CCU).

If the current market is hovering around 100k CCU today, what do you think the market will look like in two years? Vote wisely my friends, this thread could come back to bite you in the butt.

Notable upcoming Extraction Shooters: Marathon, ARC Raiders, Beautiful Light, Black Budget, Far Cry 7 Extraction, Arena Breakout Infinite...

If Marathon does well, I think it could blow up.

But it all depends on one game, the other games in the genre will see an influx too if just one takes off...

Helldivers sold thru 13 million.

I expect Marathon to pop off huge and capture console players.

I expect everything else to disappear and have 15 mins of fame like First Descendant, the finals and the slew of f2p flops.
