I won't be surprised if the next new Yakuza game (depending on when it releases) is Day 1 on Switch 2. This series is probably going to have a big glow-up in Japan thanks to that, and likely internationally as well.

Smh @ anyone who skipped Kino Core Reunion. Super impressive remaster that turned a PSP game into something that looks modern while keeping everything mostly the same (but with slightly better combat). Zack has never looked hotterThat game didn't do so hot anywhere so seems like it was more of a game problem?
Also IIRC Switch performance for it was rather bad, would've further lessened demand for that version of the game. Market was different at that time, too.
