Looks like Star Wars: Outlaws isn't the only Ubisoft game committing to this trend.

  • Assassin's Creed Shadows was just properly revealed by Ubisoft with a CGI trailer that was followed by pre-orders going live.
  • Shadows being available for purchase has revealed that it'll need an internet connection for installation, even if you have a physical copy of the game.
  • Another massive 2024 Ubisoft game, Star Wars: Outlaws, has the same requirement, which was received about as well as you'd think.

this game needs an online connection always not just for installation afaik, it has an online play required tag on psn store. The first game for the ac infinity platform :ROFLMAO:
