He gave the first one a 9 but gave the second a 8? Yeah, I think Joe may have overrated the first one a bit too much.
Yeah I was confused about the score. It sounds like he liked it more than the first and then score it lower. A number of reviews I read did this too.

They’re horrible. They exaggerate Xbox sales and I can’t remember one PS exclusive they gave at least gave a 9 to. They gave TLOU 2 a 7 btw.
