this is one of my favorite parts about this series, after finishing Hellblade 1, I sat and watched the entire behind the scenes of the game they have in game, it was such a great insight to how detailed...
unfortunate because I really like this series, and Hellblade one told a good narrative, whether you had to piece it together yourself or not, I love stories like that. I probably will not get Hellblade 2 the moment it releases because I just bought GoT and I plan on playing that for a while...
I'm honestly expecting or hoping for Demon's Souls, its one game I have yet to play and I don't feel like emulating it because I'd rather support the remaster, if it comes to PC, because I simply don't game on console anymore.
from looking it up, VCRedists do in fact work on Linux, it just takes some set up, I use Windows 11 unfortunately so I do not have any Linux knowledge.
I wonder why it requires windows, maybe its just the way they coded it? I have no idea. Does any of Microsoft's redistributables work on other OS or only Windows?
Bruh I don't know how informing steam deck users that they'll be paying full price for the game without a mp mode is the same as telling them to pirate it.
I read it as them warning steam deck users about it (i don't know why one would ever play this game on Steam Deck though)
I can own up to the fact I had no idea it was $70 on PS but I still wouldn't complain because it'd be matching the price. I thought it was lower by now (begs the question now why Sony is robbing you of $10 that PC doesn't have to pay, though?)
They mean in the regions the game is delisted in, which is still stupid because if someone wants something they physically can't purchase, we know what happens.
I'm not saying I fully agree. I'm just detailing the answer for him because he clearly didn't see it nor care for it.
I know extra work goes into these ports and it's not an "as-is" port because that just wouldn't work.
I'm sorry, but bro. Did you even read what he said? You do understand he is talking about the countries that legally cannot purchase the fucking game, right?
Like there is no other way for them to get the game???
They literally answered it clear as fucking day bro.
"They are worth what they are worth on the PlayStation store"
in other words:
Whatever the price is for console should be the price for PC as no one should have to pay full price again for a game if it's old.
I am not going to lie, State of Decay 1 felt so bad for me back then that I didn't even give 2 a chance and I'm still probably going to feel the same about 3, I may need to just wait for it to actually be playable first, may watch it, and then come to another conclusion.
