I do really hope it's around the performance of ps4 or more when it's docked. Because I really want Nintendo to push their limits as software developers. And I hope the third party support for it can grow as well, and we can see atleast a bit more graphically intense games.

Sony venturing into RPGs would be very cool to see. Something I've though about recently. Maybe Naughty Dog would be the perfect studio right now if they don't want to work on Existing IPs. And they have like 700 people working there right now which is incredible.

The RE remakes are incredible Luffy. Also I hope whatever happens, in the end we get great games. (And hopefully i get to play them on PlayStation)

I'm very excited to see the performance of the next Nintendo console. I hope to see how much Nintendo will push their own software in ways it had been limited before. As well as how the third party support for the platforms will be.

I have had the most fun with Ps5. The games released this generation from third party + first party. The controller is great as well.

Nah don't leave man. I agree with you personally that there's too much Doom and gloom, and PS will be fine. It's not like Square Enix will be removing games from PS, they just won't make them exclusives i think.

They are a publicly shared company and this is a serious mid term plan for them, they won't change it. You're also going too far.

That can definitely happen. But I don't know unfortunately. Because when a company relies heavily on one platform I think it can even be encouraged from both companies that the smaller one gets acquired. But Square being independent would actually be good as well since the management and stuff...

They aren't. They see it as extra revenue YEARS after releasing there. If they were they wouldn't make Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, and Rebirth completely exclusive at launch. And this is just 2024.
