This thread is similar to the one on gaf where you can talk about what's going with you outside of gaming. Myself for example, am suffering a bad case of sore throat. I haven't been able to eat anything in the last 24 hours and have barely drank anything. Overall, pretty miserable.

These massive Sony layoffs have derailed my plan to make a long OP about how layoffs are actually good for gamers and we should all be happy that they are happening. I think I'd be warned/banned for it with the thread locked, now.

I'm basically being paid to show up for eight hours and watch youtube at work this week (company-wide computer system updates.) It is significantly more boring than you might suspect.
