Lolololinux here I come.

I'll use it until Oct 2025 and then Linux it is.

Ads in an operating system feels so nuts.

Glad I ditched Windows already.

Why Oct 2025?

It probably is time to leave windows for real tho. That kind of thing pisses me off so much, I just threw my mouse at the screen and I can't move the cursor anymore!

TVs have them these days, this is indeed horrible.

This is messed up so what now we're going to get subscription services for our O.S systems?

Man that's really bad if that turns out to be true. I feel like there needs to be some sort of law against this. No one should have to pay just to use a basic operating system.

Is windows 11 free? Last time i checked you pay a near premium for windows so how you gonna put ads on it?

This is something they sell, there are free options.

I'll go through the hassle of switching before I pay a monthly fee for an OS that I essentially use as a launcher for the applications I use.

Well it is basically free to everybody that uses Windows.
Now if you have used another system and wants to move to Windows then you have to buy a license unless your hardware is already tied to a Windows license.
