I mean you can say the same thing about your lack of knowledge with the country policy. I lived in Nigeria back in 2007 when I made my PSN. I made the account American just because that’s where I imported it from. Sony didn’t ban me or bother my account at all, despite me buying US games from psn all the way up until I moved the states.

So, to complain about a policy, that Sony has never enforced, it’s quite ridiculous to me. They will be completely fine, trust me. Ironic how you state PS players, should have no say in this, but then speak for people in foreign countries, when you yourself don’t live in one.

This whole thing blows my mind because, making an account to use a product/service is in quite literally every industry. I wanted to buy something on Depop, I had to make an account. Are you telling me there is a group of people that find problems with this?

All of this because of email and password. You look ridiculous.

It was common knowledge at launch that you will need to create a PSN account to link to Steam eventually.

Honestly if these muppets were truly worried about security why did they buy Helldivers 2 in the first place.

Sony will eventually realise its loyal console fanbase were right all along.

A game company goes out of their way to be as consumer friendly as possible, cheap retail price, no timed events and season passes, and cheaply priced mtx and they still get dogpiled. This isn’t even the first time Arrow Head has gotten brigaded since release.

Even people like mat piscatella is cheering it on. All because they ask you to take two minutes to create a psn account?

Actually they've haven't. Requirement was there FROM VERY BEGINNING. You can sue them, but requirement was there. People didn't read, that's the problem.

I totally understand but as I said before, if this requirement wasn't enforced then it was a useless warning, you cannot even call it a requirement if it wasn't REQUIRED to play the game.
