Looking back all Xbox events have been garbage because ultimately most of their games end up flopping and disappointing. There is no Xbox equivalent of the great PlayStation events of the past.
They can announce a new Gears or Halo and pretend it's going to be different this time but the only difference is likely to be the game eventually releasing on PlayStation.
Yep, Xbox games at these shows either don't release for 4+ more years or end up as mediocre duds like Redfall, Starfield, Halo Infinite, Forza Motorsport, etc.
6 new controllers, a masterchief waffle maker, a starfield nightstand, xbox branded kool-aid
Usually both, not only do they take a long time to release but they also disappoint. over-promising and under-delivering has been Xbox mantra since Phil Spencer has been in charge.
That's like beating a quadriplegic in the 100m dash as a moderately able-bodied kid. Not a high bar to clear (or line to cross).
